I don't want to advocate the Anti-War Campaign because I've already done it enough in real time. I do, however, want to say how exalted I feel to be part of a collective effort that has so much ambition and passion. I want to remember that I was active in a community that had idealistic objectives and were hopeful in manifesting them in reality. I wish I were articulate enough to depict the electricity in the air today.

I just realize that I've found the "out" that I was talking about here and here and here (and a bunch more places, to be honest). The "out" is having hope and ideals in the future, the faith to trust in them, and the confidence to act on them. And because I've chosen to enact my ideals through a political medium, I've also resolved a few other issues that I've had, as seen here and here. It's nice when things come together. Maybe I've started the new era in my life that I've been aching for. Maybe this is the end of the reign of negative existential philosophy. Wow.
